09:00 - 13:00 CEST, 23 June 2021
The workshop will deliver a general introduction to Research Data Management (RDM) in the biological sciences with particular focus on Data Management Plans (DMPs). Specifically, we will cover the essentials of a good DMP, its intended use and content, including the handling (e.g., archival and publication) of different data types. The workshop will include a demonstration of the GFBio Tool for DMP preparation (www.gfbio.org/dmpt) and an introduction to the GFBio service for DMP support. The participants will have the chance to start writing their own DMP and pose questions to GFBio and NFDI data management experts.
